The first look of Machine Gun Kelly (credited with his real name, Colson Baker) and girlfriend Megan Fox in the Bruce Willis drama Midnight in the Switchgrass is steamy. People magazine posted an image from the set of the film on which the lovebirds reportedly first connected. In it, Fox is wearing a low-cut black leather top and a matching frilly miniskirt while Baker — in a black t-shirt and patterned jeans — leans in to whisper in her ear.
A second picture shows a determined-looking Fox walking alongside cop Willis toward a crime scene. The crime drama due out in July is based on a true story about the pursuit of a Texas serial killer and also features Emile Hirsch, Lukas Haas and Sistine Stallone.
The rapper-turned-pop-punker’s acting resume has been growing over the past two years, with appearances in Big Time Adolescence, The Dirt, The King of Staten Island and Project Power.
MGK, who announced the dates for his fall Ticket to My Downfall tour earlier this week, released the galloping pop-rock tune “Love Race” on Wednesday (Apr. 28). The song features frequent collaborator and double-date pal Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker as well as Sleeping With Sirens singer/keyboardist Kellin Quinn.
“І fоund а ѕіlvеr rіng/ Аnd рut іt оn mу fіngеr/ І рісkеd uр mу guіtаr/ Аnd рlауеd іt fоr thе Rеареr/ Gоd wаѕ а gіrl, thе dеvіl wоrе а Т-ѕhіrt/ Lоvе іѕ а gаmе аnd bаbе/ Wе’rе kіѕѕіng іn thе blеасhеrѕ,” Colson sings on the song on which he shouts along with Quinn about an obsessive love.
