Godspeed You! Black Emperor have announced a new album called G_d’s Pee AT STATE’S END! Produced by Jace Lasek, the follow-up to 2017’s Luciferian Towers is out April 2 via Constellation. Scroll down for the cover art and very long tracklist, as well as an audio trailer for the record. The band also called for the abolition of prisons, police, imperialism, and the rich in a statement, which you can read in full below.
The band has urged fans to buy the album—which is available as a lavish vinyl package, in addition to other formats—from independent stores, dozens of which have been sent a promotional 10″ record. There will be no advance singles on “SpotifApple or other streaming platforms,” the press release notes.
